I think kevro is actively working to tank my business. The account manager don't care, the Debtors email was responded to today, I paid already on wendsday. I responded to their email this morning but it's Friday the day is short, I have just followed up and still no response. This is not the first order I have had issues with, every order is a problem. Their employees don't care and management is sleeping. I don't understand this lack of urgency or care. When I spoke to my account manager he wanted to lecture me on their internal processes. I have begged, screamed, shouted and being "nice", most I was offered cooldrink😡. If my client did not chose from Barron Catalogue I will not order from them. I am very angry.

Jerry Galane has been an absolute star in attending to my website queries. He has gone beyond the call of duty. Regular feedback reports are timely and greatly appreciated. After posting on Hello Peter almost a year ago, immediatley they came back promising me the world, yet i'm still sitting with the same problem. How is it possible to owe Kevro (Barron) thousands of money if i dont have an account. ur policy is pay for ur goods before we deliver, Last week ive returned an order which was the wrong colour, supposed to be red, but the green tracksuit price was more than the red tracksuit, so their was a credit that i should get. Wanted to use the credit for my next purchase, now they telling me i owe money and that credit goes towards the outstanding balance. Totally bad service

Worst customer service you will ever get. Incomplete orders, orders take anything form 2 weeks to 3 months. I have lost so many clients because of this company. Their staff turnover is so bad, you can be lucky if you speak to the same person twice. They NEVER call back, they NEVER respond. You can be as nice, rude desperate as you want. Beg, scream ask nicely, they just dont care. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET EVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I have placed an order with this company 7 days ago, I am not getting any feedback as to where my order is, I am emailing every email I have available everyday without any feedback, one of the personnel advised me to track it with the couriers, without any changes. Package is nowhere and no one working there will reply to an email. I can not believe you can still do business if you ignore a client like this.

KEVRO - THE WORST OF THE WORST SERVICE EVER. INVOICED - PAID - NO DELIVERY GOING ON 2 MONTHS!!!!! There is a reason why they don't have contact numbers on their WEBSITE! I waited going two months for an order to be delivered - LOST A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER. The reception/sales team/team leaders will FLAG YOUR NUMBER and TRANSFER YOU TO THE DESKS WHICH WHERE NOBODY ANSWERS. ZERIO CUSTOMER CARE - ZERO SERVICE . They will NOT provide you with as Senior Manager's detail to lodge a complaint. A CUSTOMER WILL GET BLOCKED AT ALL ANGLES AND LEVELS for the PATHETIC STAFF COVERING EACH OTHER'S BACKS. THIS IS THE ONE COMPANY THAT I WOULD LIKE TO WARN ANY POTENTIAL BUYERS - STAY AWAY!!!! DON'T TOUCH THEM.

Products: ***** (affordable high quality products) Branding: have not used it yet Email response: * (at the moment, no response whatsoever, for the past couple of months since Covid) Website: * (I was only able to login once in the past 6 months, the rest of the time the site seemed to be down although I saw on a testing site that they are intermittently up.. obviously just not when I need to be) Facebook: ***** (VERY speedy service & friendly support)
