Nearly 3 weeks that my vehicle has been with them for something I was told would take 3-4days as they had to order the part. Had to pay a R6500 deposit for part. After 10 days I eventually called and was told they would call me back with update. Call never happened. Called again following day and was told my vehicle is booked for repair the next day. Now nearly a week later I was forced to call again and again was told they'll call me back with feedback and again no call back. Never again will I deal with them

We would like to express our appreciation to Lindokuhle Mthembu (Salesman) and the entire team ,We recently bought our car,Opel corsa . We were updated all the way from start to finish. Communication was easy. I will definitely come back in the future as I'm a huge Opel fan.

Terrible service, took my Peugeot Landtrek to Key Pinetown in April 2024 for diagnosis as engine light was flashing. They kept the car for more than 4 days, they didn't update me on the status, to my suprise when I got there nothing was done, the manager Ricky gave me some shady story about awaiting response from France regarding possible causes, he told to me to take my car back and he would personally follow up on the matter and call me back which he never did. In August I took the car for service and reported the light again, they have kept the car now for 9 days still counting, they have not given me a courtesy car, they have not updated me on the status, the same manager Ricky is still not following up as per his promise, when I call reception to ask to ask to speak to the Dealer Principal the receptionist intentionally puts you through to a different person. If you want poor service, take your car there.

I took my 2022 Opel Mokka 1.2GS Line in for a service on 26 Jan 2024. Around this time, I enquired about the brakes. Subsequently, the service advisor submitted a claim from my maintenance plan and it was approved on 12 Feb 2024. However, up to this day, I am still waiting for the fitment of my brakes. Apparently the parts are not available in South Africa, with no estimated date of arrival. I cannot even drive the car because it is unroadworthy without brakes. I called Stellantis customer care and they were not very helpful either. Who else can I speak to?

The service we received from Key Pinetown was outstanding. Vellan, Sam and Keegan really helped us through the whole process, and accommodated us in every way they could. A special thank you to Vellan who went out of his way to assist us. Vellan really made a huge difference from day 1. 5-star Service.

I am currently experiencing WORST service with the Key Pinetown service center. The manager, Ricky, decided that Prosepecton is "too far" for them to take and fetch me from work. 1. I have always serviced my car here and have always used their shuttle service with no issues. 2. When I called on Friday to make my booking, I was asked where I would be going and nothing was highlighted. 3. What is "too far?" I have since been here from 07:00am and I am now being told to wait until my car is done with the service as they will "be done with it quickly." This Ricky person has not even had the decency to see and speak to me directly as he has been in a "meeting" since I have requested to speak with him. What a horrible start to my week. I cannot help but wonder that would this whole saga be unfolding in such a disgusting and disrespectful manner if I was not a black woman.

I bought an Opel with 2000kms on the clock from Key Pinetown. The front brakes started getting pretty bad and the brake shudder became unbearable after only a few months. I booked the car in to get them to look at the brakes and was informed that the front discs and pads required replacing and despite having only 5967kms on the clock, due to the fact that the car was older than 6 months (it was 8months old), I would have to pay the R8,500 bill to have the brakes replaced. When I complained that the car was practically brand new the ONLY response I got was "the warranty doesn't cover brakes if the car has more than 10,000kms or is older than 6 months SORRY FOR YOU!" I tried to escalate to someone and was told to escalate to the Sales Director. He has done absolutely nothing. They couldn't care LESS. Do NOT buy from Key Pinetown! In fact I would not recommend buying from the Stellantis group of vehicles at all. They do not care about customer relations whatsoever.
