Excellent Service of repairs to the computer in our Merc Gearbox
We had a major problem with the computer in our Merc gearbox and were recommended to go to Keytronics Port Elizabeth, well the level of expertise and fast and friendly service was fantastic. They even replaced our faulty part with a refurbish one and got our Family mobile in record time, even coming out after hours to ensure fast turnaround. Well done to Shane and Tia who expertly diagnosed and sorted out our cars problem.

Excellent Service of repairs to the computer in our Merc Gearbox

Business for computer box repairs definitely worth giving a look
Good service could work on communication skills but all together I got what I needed in the end a non runner running again

WORST SERVICE - CROOKS!
I have never ever in my life been ripped off by a business like I was with this place called Keytronics, first of all they are very unprofessional, they are crooks and the owner has a bad attitude and horrible customer service. I took my car there and had to pay R1000 upfront before they can do anything to it. they said they will do diagnosis and then get back to me...I already knew from the previous mechanic that all the car needed was computer box replacement...I waited for more than two weeks before I could hear from them only when I asked for an update that they told me that the car is starting and good to go and I need to pay close to R7000 for everything...when I asked them to do a breakdown of how they got to that amount they didn't say...even on their invoice they don't write a breakdown of we fixed and replaced this and that for this much and the labour I this much...ok fine when we went to pick up the car they told us to go the following day the car is not ready whereas prior to payment they had said the car is good and running....the following when we fetched the car it was still not starting....when we tried to understand how is this possible the owner was very rude and defensive and said the problems it had are mechanical and is not what the car was there for and if we want him to fix the mechanical problems we need to pay R3000 more. none the less after many attempts the car started and we drove it home and we could feel that something ws seriously wrong with it on the way....after paying more than R8000 my car is still standing at home, even the gears now are not working, windows are down they down wind up its worse than it was before I took it to them...I have never drove it once after it came back from that place after paying so much money. I don't know where I can go or I can speak to, to get help...anyone anywhere who can assist please??

Very poor service
This is the worst service I have ever received. They give you a quote via whats app and when they finally phoned back the prices changed Then when a person phones to get answers the technician swears so loud that you can hear him over the phone. They quote you one price then phone you with a different price and when you complain they get rude and then you still have to pay for just looking at the ecu box
