Kfc Elsies River time management disappointing

I had a very bad experience at KFC Elsies River 2 and this has happened numerous times when u get to the place and have to wait 30minutes to an hr for ur order and this is on a Friday when they know the traffic will be huge for take aways not 9nly was I told tht I have to wait for my order now cuz it was not ready at the drive thru but then when we as the customers had to go ask how the order are only then they sent out a lady to the parking bring out ppls orders. When I fave my order no. it was not ready but then they called out number far behind my number. We support the KFC but it makes it difficult and dangerous for us as customers to wait for minutes and hrs on end cause they situated in a dangerous area.
