Disappointed

Its the worst Kfc today 29/01/26 I went cz I wanted to order through the drive thru, there is noone at the windows, only at the payment window that when someone came, only to say its offline, mind you this is not the first-time happening its like the 4th time, the other time I was told the oven is not opening, the last time I had to wait 20mins in drive thru. Why open the doors if its offline
