If I could I would have given KFC Springs Mall a minus 10!! This is the 2nd time that I experienced the same horrible service from them. You would think that after so many bad reviews management would have taken some action. They accept your order online stating they have located a driver for the delivery, just to wait 15 or 20 minutes later to send you a sms stating "your order could not be completed because they have no drivers!!! 😡 The 1st time the refunded me after 7 calls and many e~mails. This time same story if you contact them they just reply with a sms link asking to rate their service and the agent who assisted you!!! 😡 what agent??? What service?? So fed up with poor service delivery in this country and if you go to the store the get arrogant saying I must mail customer complaints division

Tried KFC *twice* now, thinking the first disaster might’ve just been a bad day. Oh, how wrong I was. **First visit:** We only ordered pops and 2 Krushers. Simple, right? Apparently not. We waited over **30 minutes** for that gourmet-level complexity. Only once we visibly showed we were annoyed did someone suddenly remember manners and say, *"We apologise for the long wait."* Oh, how thoughtful. **Second visit (because hope dies hard):** Ordered our food and watched in amazement as **17 other people** – yes, seventeen – got their meals before us. Some of their orders were even bigger than ours! Staff saw us getting upset (again), and their response? Another golden *"Sorry for the long wait,"* paired with a passive-aggressive coleslaw toss into the bag. What a treat! If you enjoy the thrill of being ignored, watching others eat before you, and receiving half-hearted apologies, I highly recommend this KFC branch. If you’re into fast food, though... maybe try somewhere that understands the *fast* part.

Placed an online order with KFC Springs Mall on January 15th, I received a sms stating that they received my order with order number. Received a 2nd sms stating "oh no the chicken didn't cross the road and they had to cancel my order with order number, received a 3rd sms stating your refund order number has been initiated and it may take 7 to 14 working days to reflect depending on bank" up till now "Feb 3rd" I have received no refund I have e~mailed them and nobody even bother to reply, I will never again place a online order or even buy from any KFC ever again, and believe me when I say I am telling all my friends & family about the experience I have had with KFC.

Worst experience ever eveyday when you go there at 19:00 they don't have meat. Every morning they serve rotten chicken. I'm not happy with their services. This occurred to me 5 times. They don't have chicken and dunked wings every day after 17:00

I ordered food online and the store accepted my order and took money and hour before closes by the time I got to store to collect 20 minutes after placing order they wouldn't let us in and said it's closed they closed an hour ago but they still In store and accepted order and online says they still open and demanded money they said Cape Town will give you not them...
