At around 09:40 or so I entered in KFC Thabong (Boitumelo Junction) and there was no cashier. I shouted service once and no one rep****, I did so for the second time and still no answer! I shouted service louder for the third time and then someone rep**** and a cashier came.
I asked her how many times should I shout for service? And she said that she answered and was already in front! I was shocked because when I shouted there was no one and I had to shout threw times to get service. That KFC staff takes customer service for granted and it's not for the first time that something like happened.
Please KFC, offer them some customer service training and do some monitoring on your business.
