Traumatic, unprofessional and careless staff

On 13 June 2025 around 19H30 I went to buy a meal at KFC Thorntree Plaza Soshanguve. I used the Kiosk to buy and recieved my slip on the phone. About 10 minutes later, the teller called my number and thought that was quick. However, she handed me a printed slip and I thought to myself but I already have it on my phone.

I took it and we to lean against the wall ryt in front of the tellers. An hour went buy and I noticed that other people who bought after me had left. I went to the teller and asked why my order was not out yet. She told me that I was supposed to give the slip that she gave me to the person giving out orders so that they can give me my order.

This woman let me stand there for an hour and not say a word. How on earth was I supposed to know that yo number doesn't get called out instead u give the yo slip and they go to the back to pack yo order? I am still traumatized by the terrible service I got in that KFC. I will never go there again
