DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

I used Gary from Khaya2Khaya properties as an agent on my property, he is one of the directors of the company. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!

He got a tenant into the house, 5 months later the geyser broke. Because he was holding on to the security deposit he said he will fix it after telling me that i was in no way liable to fix it. 2 weeks later the tenant called me complaining that they are tired of bathing with cold water, what is the updated? I asked Gary if he had fixed it has said maintence guys took care of it. I had to got to property myself and found that nothing had been fixed and m gyser had been stipped by his maintence guys. I bought new components and fixed the gyse myself come month end he had deducted 1/4 of the rent due to me to fix gyser. i asked which gyser he is now quiet
