Khidmatul Awaam sells muslim pilgram packages to muslim consumers.

I booked with this organisation and travelled to Saudia Arabia on a mini pilgrimage in March 2016. However everything was not to my satisfaction. Transport problems, room problems etc

On my return to South Africa in April I e-mailed them my list of complaints. They responded by saying they have received my mail and will respond. One month later in May, I again mailed them asking for a response to my complaint. Again they said they will respond. Another month has passed and at the time of writing this e-mail, I am yet to get answers to my complaint.

I have spoken to alot of other people since my return and have been told that this is a norm with this company. They never respond to complaints.

I am dissapointed that they make alot of complaints on their website about service, experience, awards etc which misleads people into booking with them. The truth of the matter is that they will give you service until they receive payment and thereafter they forget about customer service . They dont even have the decency to respond to a complaint.

Khidmat needs to stop misleading the public and learn what customer service is.

Khidmatul Awaam contacted me on June 17/06/2016 and a meeting was set up for Tuesday 20/06/2016. All the issues were put on the table. Khidmat has reolved to investigate why the complaint was not responded to in time and to address all the other issues and misconceptions. This matter has now been finalised by both parties.
