Bad medical practice

Dr KM Khosa charges R400 to write a perscrition with schedule 5 medicine's on and send 's it via WhatsApp, he doesn't phone or consult with the patient, and when you you ask him to change an item on the script he says he can't. You would have to pay another R400 and get a new script. This to me is unfair and *********.
