Khumo properties is a scam they stole R19500 from me

Good day I bought a property with this company with John katanko I was told to pay 19500, Mohammad pole they have been keeping me updated and doing their good job perfectly and excellent, unfortunately they said they can't get hold of a seller to come and sign. John is been dogging me and he had my deposit of R19500 which I paid into the account, please advice on what to go. I deposited the cash April 2020 this year which is 2021 Im struggling to get my refund from hike back he keeps on saying I will draft a refund letter today is the 15 of February nothing. His phone is off. It seems like he did this to other buyers, how can we stop him and get him arrested cause clearly he's a crook.
