Khusela Debt Management STAY AWAY

The worst debt management company. When they did not load a creditor at the start of my process with them they never rectified the mistake. I informed them after the second payment that there was an error. After paying them thousands of rands in legal and admin fees, they realised they had made a big mistake after 12 months!! I sent emails and continuous messages on the WhatsApp channel dedicated to client communication. They then became threatening towards me. Ignored my calls. Ignored my messages on WhatsApp and my emails. However I have all my proof and will be taking legal action against them. This will delay my credit worthiness and instead of completing my debt repayments soon, I now have to deal with my remaining creditors directly. STAY AWAY.
