Having purchased my car at Kia Bryanston they have refused to do the 45000 km service. I paid cash and took possession of the car on the 23rd Marh 2023. At the time of purchase, the mileage was 31000 kms. I was never informed that I had to service it again in January, and was only advised that a service is necessary every 15000 KMS> Today, Bryanson Kia refused to service my car under my service plan. This kind of treatment can only damage their brand KIA and I will continue to spread the word regarding this kind of non-service delivery from a company. Shaddon Shaw

Went to the store for a trade in and Duncan Powell assisted me. Poor service, zero quality and communication. I’ve been waiting for feedback since I sent my application but till today. Nothing!!!!Worst Worst experience. Especially coming from a sales rep. I tried calling and texting but he didn’t even bother himself! Just a blunt respond.Or maybe I was too black to be assisted by him👎👎

Please avoid this dealership! After-sales service and problem resolution is not a priority here. Management always busy with something other than sorting issues out that were caused by them. Landlines dont work, constantly need to follow up with them.... Worst experience with a car dealership ever!

I want to thank Kia Bryanston for the excellent way they treated us during the time my Kia Cerato was in for repairs. We were greeted with good advice from Felix Husselmann and Maq. Luwaan Abrahams kept us up to date the entire duration that the vehicle was in the workshop. She also tried her best to get a claim through on the Warranty that we bought with the car in 2021. Today, I fetched my Kia and it was as good as new! Neatly washed and the bill was extremely fair. Thank you Felix and team! Keep up the good work

I've dealt previously with Ford and Audi and can confirm her service was to date, the BEST!! I really appreciated the service from when Carol met me right up until driving out of the dealership and not forgetting the very thoughtful and well put together snack hamper. She was helpful, courteous and went out of her way to help me with a deal on what I wanted, exactly what I wanted, and within my limits. I would definitely be recommending Kia Bryanston to my friends and family who are looking for a new car in the future. It has been a PLEASURE to say the least...

Wish I could give a zero stars. My car was serviced here very late December just before New years day. Looking at the invoice it stated 1.5hrs labor, yet i waited 4 hours if not more to get my car back, the service advisor said the car was in the washing bay for probably 2 hours. Upon receiving my car back i noticed lose items were sliding around in the plastic tray below the boot flap inside the boot (where the triangle & jumper cables are kept). Before - I organized everything in this tray very tight fit so that there are no lose things to slide around in this tray. So this noise started to irritate me and given some thought i investigated and saw there was a big gap in this tray. I remembered i put a rolled up spanner set in this space that was sentimental to me as my dad gave it to me, in-case i get stuck with something happening to the car - i might have the tools to get the car going and get to a safe place. This rolled up spanner set seems to have been taken while the car was at Kia Bryanston, because the noise was there since i received my car back and i have not left my car open and unattended since this service. I phoned the branch and spoke to the manager, i explained the situation to him and asked if there are cameras at his wash bay department, he seemed annoyed with me and my concern, did not answer me about the cameras in the wash bay, said i had to remove my valuables before i booked the car in with them, said he will speak to his staff and phone me back - he never phoned me back. I feel this matter was brushed off, i feel this manager does not care about anything other than his salary at the end of his month. I wonder if other people also might have had things going missing from their vehicles and if they also phoned this person that had to put measures in place in case of an event like this. Will never take my car here again, and i will advise anyone against it and also share my story with them. To him this was just a silly spanner set and work he was not in the mood to do. To me it was a sentimental gift from a loved one. It bothers me to this day.

Kia Bryanston service was very disappointing, my car service was done a half job, hand brake was never adjusted like the last service I took. They don't wash the car correctly after service and my services book was not stemmed and signed and didn't receive any documentation of what services was done on the car telling me they have loading shedding and they will send it to my was they have power again but never did till to this day, I called them and they told me that they will get to me when they start at 9:00 am but never did waited for two days but didn't receive a call. NEVER TAKING MY CAR THERE AGAIN FOR ANY SERVICE VERY POOR, THEY VERY BAD ON DOING THEIR JOB TECHS ALL THE WAY TO THE CONSULTANT -98%👎
