I am really extremely disappointed in the service recieved for Kia Alberton. Since I have bought my car I have had an issue with my seat belt, where it unclips. I did mention it to them each time the car has been in for a service, and each time they just cleaned it. I mention to them this year that it poses significant risk to me should I get into a accident my insurance will not pay out. I asked the to order a new part under warranty. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and I booked the car in Yesterday to have it replaced. As the day was ending and still no update has been received I phoned and was told that the part was wrong and the driver had to go back 3 times and brought the same wrong part each time. Phoned in again today and was told that it would take another 3 weeks for them to order the correct part. This is extremely frustrating and the service manager is rude and basically told me that it is my problem. This is horrible after purchase experience.

I bought my kia picanto 2023 model last year december.The said they going to deliver my spare key but i am still waiting.They don't even communicate with me,i have to be the one calling all the time and they giving me excuses.What I want it's my spare key,I am so not happy with their service at all.

Worse Kia dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Twice the got spares I required and ordered from them wrong. Twice I had to wait 5 weeks to honour the order ALREADY paid for. I’m waiting for my refund and that has now already been 5 working days. The salesman claims he phoned me on 17/10/2024 but I showed him my call log with NO call from him. My phone is always on and I proved it to him while sitting in his office. I had to get the spare part I needed elsewhere because of THEIR incompetence now they stall refunding my money!!!!

Worst service from a “Car dealer” I’ve experienced in a long time. I ordered parts from them and paid from them. Upon ordering spares 2 weeks ago I was told it would take 14 days for my spares to arrive. I tried to get hold of the service manager just to get cut off continuously. I tried contacting the dealer principal who doesn’t even have the decency to return calls. His “assistant” called me back with the promise to call me a bit later, I’m still waiting!!!!

I purchased my Kia Picanto in May 2021 and have been waiting for the spare key since then. Despite reaching out continuously since the purchase and finally trying through customer service a month ago, I have not received any help or updates. This prolonged delay has been highly inconvenient. If you're looking for efficient customer service and timely resolutions, this is not the place to find it.
