Bought a Pre Owned car in March, had to wait for 2 months for a new registration, follow ups were made every week and the sales exec kept ignoring messages. The spotter who was promised a Spotter Fee was ignored from the date of the purchase of the vehicle. Went as far as contacting the Dealer Principal for feedback, the ignorance from ALL parties involved continued. BAD EXPERIENCE FROM KIA ALBERTON, they only care before making a sale, once that is done, they do not care about After Sales concerns.

We had an amazing experience with Kia Motors Alberton with our sales person Rixon Hendricks. We could not ask for better service, he was patient, extremely friendly & funny, kindhearted, attention to detail, made us feel so welcome to be part of the Kia family now. The way it was set up for us to collect both vehicles with a hand over, was out of this world!!!! We really felt so special and enjoyed the excitement with everyone. You truly went out of your way and above with both sale purchases. I truly recommend anyone wanting to go to Kia Alberton and receive exceptional service from Rixon Thank you once again for everything, we really feel like queen's in our new vehicles

I am really extremely disappointed in the service recieved for Kia Alberton. Since I have bought my car I have had an issue with my seat belt, where it unclips. I did mention it to them each time the car has been in for a service, and each time they just cleaned it. I mention to them this year that it poses significant risk to me should I get into a accident my insurance will not pay out. I asked the to order a new part under warranty. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and I booked the car in Yesterday to have it replaced. As the day was ending and still no update has been received I phoned and was told that the part was wrong and the driver had to go back 3 times and brought the same wrong part each time. Phoned in again today and was told that it would take another 3 weeks for them to order the correct part. This is extremely frustrating and the service manager is rude and basically told me that it is my problem. This is horrible after purchase experience.

I bought my kia picanto 2023 model last year december.The said they going to deliver my spare key but i am still waiting.They don't even communicate with me,i have to be the one calling all the time and they giving me excuses.What I want it's my spare key,I am so not happy with their service at all.

I purchased my Kia Picanto in May 2021 and have been waiting for the spare key since then. Despite reaching out continuously since the purchase and finally trying through customer service a month ago, I have not received any help or updates. This prolonged delay has been highly inconvenient. If you're looking for efficient customer service and timely resolutions, this is not the place to find it.
