We traded in two vehicles, a Scorpio Mahindra and a Mahindra KUV100 last week and purchased a Kia Sonet. All vehicle papers were handed over last week Friday, including the vehicles. There was no bank settlement amount on the Scorpio Mahindra. We were told 2 - 4 working days to be paid out. A week later still nothing. Today Kia phoned us and said payment would be made by close of business today, FNB to FNB. Still we wait with their stories. I have never experienced a vehicle payout take this long in all the years that we have been purchasing and selling cars. Everyone just says they have followed up with the bank and are awaiting bank payment which I do not believe to be true. Why did they phone us today and promise payment by close of business today if they weren’t intending to do it. When I questioned why it was taking so long I was told it was because our paperwork took a while to correct, but our paperwork has been perfect for over a week. They have our old vehicles. They have our original vehicle papers. So where is my payment for my vehicle??? Today they ask for proof of bank details again when it was sent to Sibusiso on the 11th of June. What on earth is going on???

I Bought my Kia Cash from them 5 years ago and never had one drop of after sales services from them. I contacted their office 2 weeks ago to ask for proof of purchase price for SARS and again had no luck or joy in customer service from them. Would not even recommend them to my enemies.

Been calling this place trying to get their finance person but to now avail worse the reception people both at Kia and Hundayi Fourways franchise don’t have a good telephone etiquette the service is just poor .

I received the most horrible experience ever at Kia fourways. I purchased my first vehicle from them in February 2024, I was not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle, It took them 1 month to replace the vehicle.You will run after them , call and email them every day, they will not even bother to get back to you or give you an update. They replaced the vehicle in March 2024 even today I still haven’t received the spare key. Philly Madolo lies everyday about the spare key and ignore my calls. Even if you are desperate don’t go anywhere near Kia Fourways. I REGRET buying from them.

I sold my vehicle (grand i10) to Kia Fourways in June 2022. I have raised the issue in August 2022 that I was still receiving speeding fines for this car. Today when I went to renew my current car license at the post office, they refused to renew it, saying that I need to pay to renew my i10 first. I said I sold that car 2 years ago, and they refused to even renew my current vehicle license. I am now sitting without a valid license on my current vehicle because of this vehicle which I sold to Kia Fourways 2 years ago.

I sold my vehicle (grand i10) to Kia Fourways in June 2022. I have raised the issue in August 2022 that I was still receiving speeding fines for this car. Today when I went to renew my current car license at the post office, they refused to renew it, saying that I need to pay to renew my i10 first. I said I sold that car 2 years ago, and they refused to even renew my current vehicle license. I am now sitting without a valid license on my current vehicle because of this vehicle which I sold to Kia Fourways 2 years ago.

On the 23rd June 2022 I bought a Toyota Rav4 2018 model. The car was selling for R324 900 and I got approved for the car through my business profits/Salary and credit score. everything was okay until 2023 when I noticed changes in the car's color on the body and the back door. I then went to inspect and saw that the car was repainted which was something the car dealership failed to tell me. I was concerned and decided to further check before consulting the dealer. I then decided to call the salesperson(around December 2023) who sold me the car and he informed me that he is no longer with the dealership and I should call them directly. I did that and spoke to Amos who informed that he was on leave. On the 02nd January 2024 I decided to drive to the dealership so I can get clarity on the vehicle and I was given the run around as always. I met with the 2nd hand car dealership manager, showed him the car and said he will look into it till to date I have not received any response from him. I am really disappointed with the treatment and the lies the dealership has given me. They could've been upfront with me so I can make an informed decision. I feel ****** as I am still paying for the vehicle that I am not happy with. I want the dealership to take ownership and fix the vehicle as it is them who did not disclose any defects. kind regards, BP Ramphenyane 0824381700

I am still awaiting feedback on what will be done about my dissatisfaction from Ashwin and the manager Banjiv. I called again Friday and asked Ashwin to please get his manager to call me back as promised over 5 days ago!! This is terrible service. Please can this be escalated in management to someone who actually cares about their clients - how does a manager of your brand who represents KIA not even bother to uphold his commitment you call their client back. I will go into the KIA in person if needs be until this matter is resolved. I would not recommend this branch of KIA to anyone !!!! the customer service email I sent over 6 days ago still hasn't even deigned a response!

I will go into the KIA in person if needs be until this matter is resolved.
