Our KIA bakkie broke down last year, long story short. 6 months down the line, it is still not fixed. Paid over R70,000.00 in September 2023. This morning my hubby phoned...again. And he was told, they did not have enough staff over December. My husband then phoned the dealer principal. We will be getting a courtesy vehicle tomorrow. This after we spent ALOT of money renting a bakkie so that our business can still keep running. Unacceptable!!

Hi my name is Jabulani on 31 May 2022 I took my car a Hyundai grand i10 to Hyundai because the boot could not open,they fixed it and said that they will inform the warranty people,on Wednesday the same week they told me that the warranty will not pay because it's wear and tear the rubber on the button was not there, I did not remove the rubber it finished on its own hence the boot won't open,can I please be assisted with this issue

Dear Sir, My name is Lawrence Mac Gregor I recently took my Kia Sorento for its last service on the service plan. I complained about my vehicle pulling to the right when accelerating and when you release the accelerator it swerves to the left. i asked them to check the shocks and the bushes for it was very unpleasant to drive like that. the reply was " There is nothing wrong with the bushes we checked it all. your tyres are not road tyres they are offroad tyres thats why your car does that" Now two months later i couldnt stand this dangerous tricks which my car was making. I pulled into a Safety tyre outlet and asked them to have a look. the outcome:on the left the lower control arm ball joint is worn out on the right the lower control arm bush is worn out badly The attendant showed me and it was so obvious that even i could see that is was worn out. Now the Question??? Why did Kia Nelspruit tell me there was nothing wrong, but a superQuick attendant can show me the problem??? besides the fact that my vehicle is now 14days out of maintenance plan, i will think twice before EVER returning my vehicle there for even a simple oil change. I am so dissapointed in Kia Nelspruit i wish a can do something to wake them up. Regards Lawrence

On 10 February 2020 I was in a motor accident and just thereafter I noticed I had 2 different number plates on my vehicle. I phoned Kia numerous times but to no avail. Just as we entered lock down stage 4, I phoned Kia again and Mdu said he will give Shakes the message to call me. Shakes never called me. Later on, I went to Kia and Mdu wrote on a A4 piece of paper a message for Shakes that he should phone me and i saw him putting the paper on Shakes' table. Shakes never phoned me. After that, I sent Shakes a message (sms) asking him to phone me. Shakes never phoned me. Now recently I went to Kia again and spoke to Shakes himself, he assured me he will assist me as soon as he can. Up to date, I have not received my correct number plate yet. Numerous people warned me not to buy from Kia Nelspruit because their after service is no good at all. I regret buying a vehicle from them.

After the previous complaint I submitted. Nothing was done. I towed my car back at my own expense and the car's clutch was damaged, even though when I sent the car to their service center, it was not damaged. Please help me to get this sorted out. They did not explain anything to me what happened to the car. Their service is really poor. I would not recommend anyone to use their services. Their contact number is 013-7576000.
