Kickplanet is not real,it's a disapointment

Never ever order on their online platform 🥺🥺it ended in tears with me...since 24 November to date no communication,no delivery,nothing.wish I logged in here to see the reviews before purchasing 🤦‍♀️😭Why is it still operating vele?🤔the site should be taken down I beg
