This site is a ****. Bought an item online. Nothing received and no feedback from any contacts. How can I report it on Instagram to ban them from ****ming further? They are ****ming lots of people and *****ing money

Ordered Magic Floating Ink Pen on the 26th November and got updates on delivery from Internet Express to no avail. Internet Express courier says it will come by 12 pm 5th Dec today and still nothing has arrived the comments on their fb is bad . 12:30 now and holding on for someone to answer my call at internet express couriers nothing maybe they in with them always says my call has failed no- one answering maybe a **** all this
