Very disappointed. Order placed on 23 October 2025, and as of 22 December it has still not been shipped.
I have had various correspondence with support during this long waiting period. Initially, delays were blamed on packaging material shortages and later an issue with the shipping team that was supposedly being resolved. I was then promised the order would be sent on 1 December.
After following up again on 10 December, I was told the order was “dispatched but not shipped” — which is confusing, as dispatching should mean shipping. Since then, there has been no further communication for two weeks.
What makes this more frustrating is that my order contained no personalised items that would justify such a delay.
It’s disappointing, because the products look great, but the experience has not been worth the frustration. Do better, Kiddospace.
