Cannot run his own Company

I worked for Kidz Express and Booze Butler which is owned by the same person Mike Rae. He was not able to run his own company and would mess up and expect his employees to run it for him. We were unfairly treated to the point where he took out the fridge in the office, he paid his employees late and made us work overtime that we weren't paid for And He would lie to his clients. I resigned after working for Mike Rae for 5 months, he promised he would pay me my December and January salary which I am still waiting for. He promises and cannot deliver which is how his company is run. His company cars are all unregistered, nor are they licensed or roadworthy, they are also all breaking down and dirty. He takes UIF from his employees when they aren't even registered And When a client phones him he ignores their call.
