Breach Of Contract - Refusal To Provide KUSA Registration Papers -

NEVER purchase a puppy or dog from Kim Pracshma aka Cook. Despite a contract in place and a R 15 000 payment she refuses to register my dog at KUSA. She has **** and blames KUSA, which is not truthful. I have found that she has a history of taking payments and not providing Registration Papers to purchasers, not making proper health checks on puppies prior to sale, (liver shunt test & HD tests) and in general ignoring purchasers once she has their money. Legal action has been taken against her in the past in this regard & I am now in the process of taking legal action against her. There are many other legitimate breeders who will not ***** or lie to you, rather go to the Association affiliated with the breed and check before making a purchase.
