Kintex technologies attack client on Google Reviews

We utilised Kinetix as a reseller/lessor of Konica Minolta Printers. When we needed assistance from Kinetix regarding a Business concern, we were communicated with in a very rude and unpleasant matter. Upon bringing this to the Technical Directors attention, he refused to apologize and instead took to Google Reviews to smear our holding company that owns the printing business. As a client, we have never experienced the utter disrespect and malicious intent toward a customer. The vindictive manner in which Kinetix chose to address the matter is the main reason why we will never recommend and strongly advise againts using their services. Absolutely disgusted!
