Very rude customer service they asked for less back and forth messaging but if they rep**** properly the first time I wouldn’t have to keep enquiry. I recommend everyone to stay away. unapologetically rude disrespectful attitude towards customer rather go to cielo

I bought a king koil bed set in August 2022. It started looking wonky with in weeks. So I went into the store I bought it from and complained. Showed pictures and sent them the photos via email in December the same year. The mattress was replaced, the top layer got wonky again but I didn't want to go through the shlep of complaining about it again as it seems that it would be a continuous issue. 2 years later BOOM the actual mattress broke. like there is a split on the inside. How this is possible for such an expensive brand I don't know. Now we have to possibly pay a pro-rata warranty fee.... this is BS. I'm not going to bite the manager's head off from the store we bought the bed from because he is so helpful. I just think the brand has gone from premium to substandard. Which is sad. Now we have to sleep on a mattress that is not good for ones posture. For now I'm waiting to hear from the store I purchased the bed from but I won't recommend this brand to anyone who is bed shopping. Sorry King Koil you will have to do something with your beds as the quality vs what we pay for your brand is not adding up. We get peanuts whilst paying for pistachios.

We bought a bed for our son, the bed is still under guarantee and now they are refusing to pick up the bed, also they saying the bed has a stain so i need to pay a certain money for such. there service is so bad in such a way that i need to follow up every day to find out about the way forward.

So I have complained to dial a bed. I have gone through bravo beds who was absolutely unhelpful thinking they can review a bed in pictured and unwilling to assist. I complained on this platform and all I was asked for was my number. I still have not received a single call in regards to a bed I paid for but not of good quality. I honestly cannot believe the terrible service and disrespect towards a customer/s King koil is no longer a good brand. It's ridiculous the after service. Absolutely unhappy.

Please don't buy a king koil bed. We bought one a month ago and the mattress saged on both side so bad that our old bed of 5years ago are much better. Purchased a king koil bed was told this is great quality.. A 'firm' bed. I had to wait almost 15 days to get delivery. This is actually the worst quality. I complained, an inspector could not be available during the times I was available. So an online review was done. Basically my complaints were not taken seriously. I have paid an exorbitant amount for a bed that does not live up to its name. I'm disappointed at the terrible service i have received. I actually thought king koil was a good brand But guess that isn't actually the case. Really sad service.

It is absolutely disheartening that it took 3 weeks to schedule an appointment for the inspector to access the faulty mattress, and yet on the very day of inspection the following happened: 1. The appointment was scheduled for 13h00. 2. The inspector contacted me around 12h06 to inform me that he was about to drive to my place and around 12h26 he told me that he arrived at the complex. He further mentioned that Chris, the consultant, was wrong to schedule an appointment with the customer for 13h00 because he knows that the inspectors knock off at 12h00 every Friday. 3. I humbly asked the inspector to give me an extra 5mins to provide for the traffic delays on the road due to traffic lights not working because of loadshedding, which he agreed to. Little did I know that it would take me 9mins e.g. 4mins extra. And at approximately 13h01 I contacted the inspector to update him on the traffic that I was faced with, approximately 2km from my complex. However, according to the inspector my time was already up because apparently my time was behind with 5mins (what a coincidence) and therefore he has already left. 4. Ofcourse the 5mins that asked for was an estimate, but the odds where already against me because the inspector was already disgruntled that the appointment was scheduled for an hour after his knock off time. A typical grace period for being late is 10mins though? And even worse, I made the courtesy call to update the inspector on the traffic delays well in advance. Firstly, the consultant, Chris, stated that the inspectors work until 2pm in areas that are towards the North of Johannesburg. He further mentioned that the inspectors only work during weekdays. The irony is that the sales department work on weekdays and weekends, but the service department only work on weekdays. I purchased the mattress over the weekend, it would have been great if the above-mentioned working days was communicated because it is pertinent information.
