A booking was made for and paid in full 30 Oct 3024 for December. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances, it was no longer going to be possible and was therefore cancelled on the 3 November - well within the zero penalty for cancellation bracket. Despite numerous requests on our side and promises on Kingfishers side, ZERO refund has been received to date (19 Nov 24). They have also not responded to any email requests. All promises of refund have been via WhatsApp. Be warned.
