Kingston Poor Rental Management
I have has Kingston as my Estate agent for a few years. I had a great guy, Jason managing my rental property. However, when he left and a new lady come on board, wow service went down hill. I had to contact them numerous times, never understood by every month my rental payments were different? No continuous checking on my property, Lady was very sweet but really not able to handle difficult tenants. Had a devil of a time trying to get tenants out my property. And the damage they did when leaving - was inspected as "normal wear & tear" & gas bottles ****** etc by the tenants not even picked up by the Agent. Very disappointing service, really has left me in a bind to fix all these issues, as deposit returned to tenants.

Kingston Poor Rental Management

Poor service
Keep away from this circus of a business. Poorly managed my rental property. Don’t ensure rent is paid to landlord on time. I had to contact them numerous times to enquire on rent. They keep more than a month’s rent for finder’s fee for bad tenants that recurrently pay rent late. Poor service from Thando Sithole. Don’t use this agency.

Poor service
Keep away from this circus of a business. Poorly managed my rental property. Don’t ensure rent is paid to landlord on time. I had to contact them numerous times to enquire on rent. Please stay away from this Agency , a guy by the name of Kevin ( Standing for Bronwyn the day)put a sale through without our consent, a contract was signed and when we noticed some of the things ( Play areas & Schools)are not there in terms of our requirements he still proceeded , even though we told him we not continuing.

Kingston properties the circus
We've bought a house by kingston properties They are most definitely the worst agency ever Bronwyn algera has the worst ever attitude I've never ever had such a experience with a unpleasant human being as herself Throwing her toys around because of her **** arrangements and trying to stand in for her friends who rented the property Besides the fact that we've been messed around with the dates the tenants could not pay as R300 more in order to rent the house she threaten us with penalties if we cancel she just made everything so unpleasant Please do not ever consider buying a house thru this buisness nor the sales representative it's a circus

The Boksburg/Benoni ladies, Thando in particular is the most professional amazing, punctual property broker I have ever met. Never have I received such fantastic treatment and feedback ever from the propery industry. Thando is sure to give you feedback on any viewing that was done, on the clients from show day to clients that she brings for a viewing at any time. She keeps to her promises - very rare. Tyla who was the lucky lady who brought the buyer to view and who then sold the property was also fantastic. This agency can be very proud of their staff, the ethics and professionalism their staff show the clients is really above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Best for Rentals
I rented a property thru Kingstons and wow what excellent service. Statement were never late. Any problems and they were a phone call away. But the best part is- once you move out- I got my full deposit back with interest! Looking to rent- use Kingstons

Terrible Service
Poor sales service I have ever experienced At first when the sales was pursued all was well as soon the paperwork and the interest on the property was confirmed. It went downhill from there Very unprofessional. No customer care. Use them at your own risk Useless !!!!!!!

Terrible Service
Poor sales service I have ever experienced At first when the sales was pursued all was well as soon the paperwork and the interest on the property was confirmed. It went downhill from there Very unprofessional. No customer care. Use them at your own risk Useless !!!!!!!
