UNHAPPY PARENT AND I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYONE.

I am very upset at how this school has treated me, Firstly my son is 6 years old but his doing Grade RR i went several times to inquire about this and i was told it was the school policy of which i did not understand till they changed the principal of the school i went back again to inquire about my son's grade and i was then told that the previous principal messed everything up which is not my fault and that many parents are coming for the same issue but then it is too late for our kids to be moved to the next grade because they wouldn't cope of which i understood because i went around August but note that i have been in and out of that school regarding the same issue. Secondly which makes me more upset is the fact that i went to the school to go collect my sons report and they refused because i have an outstanding amount and the worst sick part is that i am putting my son out of that school hence i cant get the report. Note that the reason i am removing my son out of this school is because they are so unorganized but their love for money is on another level , i mean the least they can do is just give me my sons report because they have inconvenienced my son and myself so much i mean i've wasted 12 months of my sons life in this school. Don't get me wrong i really love how they teach the kids and the improvement that ive seen in my son but i am just disappointed because the only thing they can say is sorry but their actions says something else.
