BE CAREFUL

These people (Julie and Ian Dorfling) were the nicest people when they rented out a flat to us. They had us move out during lockdown just so the owner of the properties family could move in there. Don't think they give a **** about you. To top it all off they haven't given our deposit back and are ignoring our emails. I have heard from another person that something similar had happen to them. Also PLEASE check your LEASE AGREEMENT. They have rules in place that no verbal agreement is binding so make sure you always have everything on email. They caught us out on that as well :) Told us that we can move as soon as possible and then when we found a place they asked us to pay another months rent! My biggest issue right now is that they haven't given back our deposit. We lived there for 5 months and left the place spotless. Please be extra careful.
