So after struggling how long to get our deposit back from these people, they pocket money that wasn't theirs to keep! They don't have an inspection checklist. We moved into the property which had NO GAS BOTTLE so we got one from my brotherin-law. Can you believe that they actually charged us for a gas bottle filled with gas over R500 taken off our deposit? THAT WAS OUR OWN BOTTLE WE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY BECAUSE THERE WAS NEVER ONE FOR US TO USE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Please make sure you have a proper check list when doing business with these people.
