Be aware. This company uses desperate people to sell their product. They don't give salary to these people. They use their own transport and fuel to do demonstrations and the company doesn't give a commission. This poor individuals waste their last sents to try and make an income. This Kirby bosses just employ new recruits to do their durty work to get leads and irritate people. I wish this horrible company can fall hard.

Do not give Kirby Edenvale your contact details. They keep on phoning me after I have repeatedly requested them to remove my details from their database. I had my machine serviced by them on a special, but then they phoned to quote on a part that was supposedly completely worn out. When I received the old part back it was not worn at all. Just a money making ploy. Then they keep on phoning about service specials and so-called courtesy calls. No use in blocking their number, they call from a different number every time. Extremely disappointed in this branch of Kirby. Stay clear!

Do not give Kirby Edenvale your contact details. They keep on phoning me after I have repeatedly requested them to remove my details from their database. They took my vacuum cleaner years ago and did not return it. Dealing with many people they still refuse to give me answers. I even asked the reception to get Hein to call me. Don't buy this stuff very bad service and very unprofessional.

They pestered my husband to send in our machine. After sending it in with our water bottle attachment for the carpet cleaner, we did not receive the water bottle attachment back and the machine now does not clean like it use to, like it does not have power. After phoning them numerous times and them telling us that they will phone us back, nothing happened. We send it in in July already and still nothing. No one can give us an answer and the receptionist just says that she would know about this, because se writes everything down, but when we call again then she doesn't know anything and yet again waiting for someone to phone us back. We expect that the water bottle needs to replaced with a new one and they fix the machine they "serviced". No man, they don't even have the decency to reply to anyone else's reviews about them.

Slegste ***sre company om voor te werk. Maak al die mooi beloftes as jy gaan vir die interview en training. En as dit kom by payday dan gee hulle jou vokel nie. Jy werk can 7:30 tot na 11 in die aand maar word nie overtime betaal nie. Hulle gee jou niks nie. Baie slegte experience met hulle....

I sent my Kirby vacuum cleaner to the kirby Edenvale service center, but when it was returned to me after a invoice for over R2000, I did not receive my vacuum cleaner. The one I received back is old and dented and the pipes are in a really bad condition, effectively it is unusable. Upon contacting the service requesting my own machine back, they just appear to fob me off. It has now been three weeks of me trying to get clarification and satisfaction and my patience has come to an end. These people regularly pester me to send my machine to them for servicing, but their service is atrocious.

This is the worst company to work for honestly speaking! Working from 07:30 to 20:00, traveling with your own petrol money on top of it! Literally they're expecting ones life to revolve around Kirby! Promising people lies and luring people to sign up to the **** that this company is! Imagine using your own petrol money to run around to customers and do demonstrations!?? Booking demonstration at 20:00 and the only day off you'll have is on Sunday? After working for 15hrs per day!
