Misuse desperate people
Be aware. This company uses desperate people to sell their product. They don't give salary to these people. They use their own transport and fuel to do demonstrations and the company doesn't give a commission. This poor individuals waste their last sents to try and make an income. This Kirby bosses just employ new recruits to do their durty work to get leads and irritate people. I wish this horrible company can fall hard.

Be aware. This company uses desperate people to sell their product. They don't give salary to these people. They use their own transport and fuel to do demonstrations and the company doesn't give a commission. This poor individuals waste their last sents to try and make an income. Spam calls and unnecessary part replacement
Do not give Kirby Edenvale your contact details. They keep on phoning me after I have repeatedly requested them to remove my details from their database. I had my machine serviced by them on a special, but then they phoned to quote on a part that was supposedly completely worn out. When I received the old part back it was not worn at all. Just a money making ploy. Then they keep on phoning about service specials and so-called courtesy calls. No use in blocking their number, they call from a different number every time. Extremely disappointed in this branch of Kirby. Stay clear!
