Pathetic service- incomplete work - incompetence

<p>Mumsy scheduled to have my cupboards installed today - the delivery people came in at 11:30 and banged the panels around scratching and chipping my walls- then I had to phone her numerous times to ask when it would be installed - the installer arrived past 3 pm z(her best most senior installer - Oupa) who didn't bother to install the cupboards stating that some cupboards would stick out (despite me paying for them to come out to measure) and pieces of the other other cupboards would also have to cut to size - they are the height of incompetence - Mumsy keeps trying to pass the buck to Mervyn and the factory and there was another incompetent fool Garett or Garth who phoned me yesterday at 4:30 to inform me that the cupboards would not be delivered if I didn't pay the balance of the payment (which I had already paid by this time) </p> <p> </p> <p>So I gave birth last week - am expecting hordes of visitors to see the baby - and all my clothes, linen etc are in my study and dining room. </p> <p> </p> <p>I li would have been better off picking up a carpenter from outside builders as these people do not understand the meaning of professionalism. </p> <p> </p> <p>I li have now begged her to install cupboards that I have already paid 90% for - so I guess the joke is on me. </p>
