Experience gone wrong

My experience with Kitchen Samurai has been nothing short of appalling. One employee is often seen sleeping on the job, and the manager is reportedly *****ing from the cash register. The staff is treated with absolutely no dignity or respect, creating a toxic and unprofessional environment.

The owner is completely absent, yet somehow always on the phone micromanaging the managers, who seem more interested in playing childish games with one another than running a functional establishment. To top it off, whenever a customer leaves, there's always some negative gossip or complaint being passed around.

This place is a disaster, both for customers and employees. I would not recommend applying here or using their services :)
