Terrible
Provided no service, no parts and 3 months later still haven't refunded the deposit. Even after legal threats. They know its not worth it unless you want to try and get them in front of the small claims court. I've given up.

Terrible

Good Service KJ!
After reading some of their reviews, I too was sceptical - but quickly realised that all companies have bad reviews, so out them to the test. I had been battling with my fridge for more than 6 months, paid companies to fix who simply messed up my fridge more! KJ came out, professional service on site! They flushed my fridge, regassed unit removed a major blockage and charged me minimal. Its been 3 weeks going and my fridge has never worked this good! Please do give them a chance, you will not be dissapointed!

After reading some of their reviews, I too was sceptical - but quickly realised that all companies have bad reviews, so out them to the test. I had been battling with my fridge for more than 6 months, paid companies to fix who simply messed up my fridge more! KJ came out, professional service on site! Beware for these ******
This " company" should get zero rating. No responses, they dont answer their phones, no calls to make an appointment for 2 months after payments. They broke my stove handle and dont bother further, and just vanish. This people seems ****. Lots of excuses over and over that is actually lies.

We also made contact with the company to come take a look at our fridge, that wasn't working. Technician came out, checked the compressors and assured us that it was just the gas. He re-gassed the fridge and we paid the call out fee and re-gas amount. Later in the week we realized that the problem still exits. After 9 unsuccessful requests they still didn't pitch. We had to throw away food!!! Who is going to replace the food we lost? I also wished that I could give zero star rating!!!

only giving 1 star because i can't go lower... they took our dishwasher motor away for 'repairs', returned it unserviceable, then when we questioned it the denied doing the initial callout, after numerous back and forth they collected it. it has now been weeks and if you are lucky enough to get a response, it is a vague 'they are running tests and will get back to you... still waiting for even a response

We phone the company to come take a look at our fridge, that wasnt working. Technician came out, checked the compressors and assured us that it was just the gas. he re-gassed the fridge and we paid the call out fee and re-gas amount. 2 weeks later my fridge stopped working again, i phoned the company and they promised the tech would come monday to sort it out .. no extra charge. the technician didnt pitch and let us know he is sorry but will be there today. He is still not there ... we had to throw away food which we dont have this month. Very upset about this, we cannot be given a time either so my husband cant go anywhere after having to wait the whole day yesterday too. who is going to replace the food we lost????

Technician Dion came at short notice to re-gas our fridge. He was polite, friendly and competent, arrived exactly on time. He spent over an hour with it, and was open and honest about the situation. Loadshedding had damaged the motor, and despite all his best efforts, he was not confident of the outcome. Unfortunately his prediction was accurate, the fridge never recovered, but this was not for want of trying. Based on my experience I would still recommend this service.

KJ Appliance Repairs Excellency
I would like to highly recommend KJ Appliance Repairs for the excellent work they completed on fixing 6 of my household appliances. After reading some other reviews I was quite sceptical, however they sure as hell proved me wrong. The technician was friendly, the receptionist of such great cheer to. Will never use another company again. Keep up the Good work!

I would like to highly recommend KJ Appliance Repairs for the excellent work they completed on fixing 6 of my household appliances. After reading some other reviews I was quite sceptical, however they sure as hell proved me wrong. The technician was friendly, the receptionist of such great cheer to.
