KJB - unethical thieves

It’s sad that during these dire economic times and in an economy where the industry is saturated, that there are contractors that abuse the ignorance of unsuspecting clients. KJB purport to be professional contractors which they are by no means. KJB purported to be an accredited pool installer, yet, they had never installed a pool, on their own admission, prior to being appointed by myself. KJB accepted payment, installed something that cannot be called a pool and then failed to provide the required engineering certificate, although he had been paid for it. Save for not being able to install pools, KJB, also do not know the basic principals of building and maintenance. They were unable to resolve our damp issue, the french drain was 2 poles inserted into the ground and the locks installed in our doors, are all *****. Yet he is a professional!! My intent with this complaint is to make people aware of the unscrupulous and devious manner in which KJB chooses to operate and to forewarn future, unsuspecting clients.
