communication is poor no incentive received 6days......................

I attended a focus group on 12 August from 4 pm till 6 pm still haven't received my incentive it's been 6 days I've contacted via email but no contact whatsoever even the landlines numbers are dead really shocking communication for a marketing company almost 2 hours of my time wasted I took off work early for this....... not to be compensated is not the reason to take off work really no one goes to a focus group for free .
