Disgusting staff management

Absolutely disgusted with how rude this resort staff is. We travelled here to celebrate a friends birthday and from our arrival they were absolutely rude. You are not allowed to sit outside and braai and have a conversation at 6pm without being told to keep quiet. 6pm on a Saturday that is ridiculous. And when they ask you to quiet down they are so rude to you. Will never waste my money like this again. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS. IT IS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!! We lived 3 houses away from a different family who were playing loud music and almost screaming and they were not told to quiet down but our conversation caused a problem!
