Modern day thievery disguised as a business.
Well, Well, Well - if only I had come here first before using Klingshield, I would have saved myself R2000! I got their 'nano ceramic film' put on my windscreen. When I left the premises, I noted that the film was putting strain on my eyes. From that Monday to the Friday when I went back, driving was an irritation for me because my eyes were hurting, and I was getting headaches. Was told by Errol that the problem is my eyes and not the product - told them to remove it because I could not drive like that (even one of their workers knew what I was talking about) Errol said he cannot compensate me. My word! You are not compensating me Errol, you are refunding me for your defective materials!

04 Oct 2024, 12:49to add: So, not only was I not refunded, I got an angry phone call after I posted this... all because I have sensitive eyes that do not work with their product, I am now called a 'bad person' for posting this. Who knew it would come to this, all I wanted was 'you take your product back and give me back my money' as the sale was unsuccessful, but that was not an option, and I feel ******. You guys have your product, I just want my money back. And, if I am the only person ever to complain about this then you are not running at a loss and can refund me.
