Kloppers is the best in Bloemfontein
We have grown up with Kloppers in Bloemfontein. We received such good service, the sales staff know their products and the after sales support is excellent. You will always find one of the Kloppers brothers on the floor, especially Steva, and they are approachable and eager to help. Keep it up!

Kloppers is the best in Bloemfontein
We have grown up with Kloppers in Bloemfontein. We received such good service, the sales staff know their products and the after sales support is excellent. You will always find one of the Kloppers brothers on the floor, especially Steva, and they are approachable and eager to help. Keep it up!

Best customer service ever experienced
Best service from Godfrey from Kloppers Bloemfontein, we have been struggling to find Javelin shoes everywhere but one call he assisted so professionally and knowledgeable even going the extra mile assisting via whatsapp to ensure driving to Bloem from Virginia is worth it and that our options are available upon arrival. If we could clone Godfrey and put him in customer service all over the world, there will never be any complaints. Well done to Kloppers for employing the best staff to deal with clients everyday needs. Will highly recommend Kloppers Bloemfontein Waterfront.

When the client arrived at the store - the store confirmed that the banking details was false. And their only response to the upset clients was that they get ****med all the time. Be carefull of doing EFT payments to Kloppers

Warning to Potential Buyers-Kloppers
I ordered an air cooler from Kloppers online on the 10th of December 2024. The website clearly indicated that the product was in stock, which prompted my purchase. After multiple emails confirming that my order had been received and was being processed, I received a phone call on the 12th of December informing me that the item was out of stock and that the supplier had no more available until further notice. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, as I had specifically planned to use the air cooler for a camping trip scheduled for the 13th of December, where high temperatures were expected. I was depending on the timely delivery of this product. What’s worse is the lack of accountability from Kloppers. No one offered any solutions to remedy the situation or took responsibility for the inconvenience caused. There was no recourse, no alternative provided, and no effort to make things right. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed with Kloppers' service delivery. I caution anyone considering making a purchase from their website to think twice, as their stock availability and customer service seem unreliable at best.

Amazing after sales service

Within 30 minutes I got a call from the branch agreeing that the mistake was on their side. Within 1 hour ,a delivery company had come to my premises to collect the incorrect goods . I received an email that day to validate my banking details and I received a full refund in my account within 2 business days. This is service Ive never experienced in South Africa before and worth a mention. We all make mistakes, but its how we deal with them that makes us stand out from the rest .

#BlackFriday. Kloppers Bloemfontein is probably the best store where you can buy almost anything you can think of. Store personnel are always available to assist to help you find the correct product for the correct job. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Why go various shops where you can get it all in one store. Thanks Kloppers

Poor after-sales service.
Purchased a Xiaomi Robotic Vacuum from Kloppers George. The unit started malfunctioning RE navigation. Took it back, Kloppers George refused to exchange unit in contravention of CPA and insisted on repairing it. The received the unit back claiming it was working correctly. Unfortunately still not navigating as it did before.
