Good day... As I was today at kloppers I bought a air fryer at them and the manger come to me to inform me that they won't rep my item and I must take it and leave the store with immediately as I ask him why he just say I must leave the shop and not return he put me out of the store by not saying why I than wen to my car with the item and make a video but the white uncle stuff got rep what a ****** it was to stand there infront of the people were I was told to leave threading me as if I was a ******** I fell so bad and sad 😔 after what happened I used to work for them for 4 years and half were I can tel tou a lot what happened but ja it is what it is I'm not making this up but I'm reporting them really ****** is real I'm not leaving it there god knows best what happened today very bad service what a disgrace it was I wil never shop there again I'm still feeling sad ND hurt I just hope people can contact me and I wil bring witnesses also that was with me I'm not bad mouthing the shop I just want all of you to know what's happening if they can do it to me how do they treat there stuff it's a disgrace really never again wil I put me through that bless all..

Recently had dealings with kloppers Port Elizabeth Dealt with Monde over the phone to assist in buying a dishwasher .. he was fabulous in arranging everything.. thank you Monde .. the dishwasher was delivered and I had dealings with Emanuel , Siyanda and Sergio .. great guys .. friendly and helpful.. thank you kloppers

Good day I bought a double Door Fridge August 2024 at Kloppers, within 2 weeks unit was replaced due to compressor. Fast foward to October 2024 same model Defy does exactly the same, with no response from Kloppers after reporting Please can you org for refund or credit as it seem your product have a manifacturing fault Regards

After many years of supporting Kloppers PE EXCLUSIVELY, its a sad day when the owner could not care less about loyal clients After our 2nd LG soloadom failed we bought a Samsung convection/microwave, IT failed shortly there after. I took it for repairs and stated fan was making weird noise. Fast forward a year and unit fails again. I take it back and wow its a fan failure. I raise the fact that this was explained 1st time for repair, But staff ignored it The customer was blamed for not reporting staff did not record things correctly to start with and they REFUSE to accept responsibility for that. I was taught when you mess up you make right. Clearly not normal these days. Considering i just spent over R10k on a new oven while this one was in for repairs the owner could care less because he has made the extra sale off me. PLUS We had quotes for insurance replacment items over R40k Owner could care less SO Guess what This loyal customer you just lost. And i will spend the R4k elsewhere now. Treat customers who are loyal like ****, you lose them, in a very small town. The attitude and tone of the owner on the call was annoyed and frustrated. From the start of the call, i could see they had no interest in making right. Customers are an inconvenience after they get your money.

Took it back, Kloppers George refused to exchange unit in contravention of CPA and insisted on repairing it. The received the unit back claiming it was working correctly. Today after 4 or 5 visits with no purchase, just inquiring I finally bought the De'Longhi Magnifica EVO Automatic Coffee Machine - Bean to cup. I must say that for a customer that came in 4 x with same questions and fears the staff were absolutely patient and kind. I dealt with a guy named Chad who was beyond willing and two Indian lady's who were just so patient and understanding that I actually hugged the one after paying. I was really REALLY scared of buying/spending this much on something I would regret later. Every question was answered and fears either confirmed or explained honestly - cause I did not like some answers. I actually feel I made 2 friends today. I hope the owners of Kloppers read this. What wonderful, efficient, well informed staff you have - if they can't get a raise they at least deserve a Bells.
