Total incompetence

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Linda (one of the owners) is the most *********** booking agent I have ever dealt with!! We booked and paid 3 months ago and when we arrived the room we booked was given to someone else. She pretended not to know about anything but she is the one that did the booking and sent the confirmation. Knysna River Club needs to get rid of this booking agent that is pretending to be Knysna River Club as it is ruining their reputation. STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!!!
