Kobus Electronics

Kobus Electronics came to our new home in Eldoraigne on 20 Oct to do our Dstv Installation. The person they sent made such a mess, broke a roof tile, didn’t even put back the tile they broke, we paid R10475.00 for the job, also didn’t leave until we paid for it, and then a week later we discovered a severe leak through our roof. Thinking it was just a normal thing that sometimes happen when a leak occurs, the person discovered that it was the Dstv Installation that caused the leak! I notified them on the cell number 083 611 9548 on which I ordered the job about the problem and our requeste have been met with empty promises. We asked to speak to the owner Kobus and are now being informed that he is overseas and doesn’t deem it necessary to act quickly on huge comebacks! We have been trying to get them to send someone to repair the damaged ceiling because of the leak and every time the person on the other side says they will send someone to come and repair the damage! It has been more than 4 weeks and they don’t deem it necessary to act quickly and actually keep to their promises. Really??? After we paid them R10475.00 to get the job done???? Absolute bull****ters!! They have no customer service and blatently ignore my calls and messages! Please don’t ever use them! They are ****mers!!!!!
