On Saturday I went to Kodak in Chris Hani Mall(Mashudu) . I wanted to print an pictures so they directed me to a lady that was very rude to me .I asked her which device should I send the pictures to and she said are you in a rush with an attitude and proceeded to help me print the pictures but now she does not ask me how I want my pictures she made them very bright and it did not like them I was afraid to ask them to redo because they're rude.

On Saturday I went to Kodak in Chris Hani Mall(Mashudu) . I bought a new cellphone charger from them 3 weeks back, yesterday morning I woke up with a burning smell, only to find it is coming from my cellphone which had now not come on, so I went back to the shop to go show them the issue, the guy in the shop assured me that he will check the phone and have it repaired by 14:00 that afternoon. I arrived back just after 14:00 to collect my phone only to find out that my phone had burnt out with the faulty charger and got told there is nothing he can do, and that I need to send the phone back to samsung and have it repaired at my own cost. After testing the charger in the shop, the guy confirmed that the charger is indeed faulty and that he can replace it for me.

In my customer care experience I've never experienced such horrible service from an unprofessional agent working at Kodak Centurion Mall. I called on 13 Feb 2024 at 13:33pm for enquiry. To start with the lady didn't introduce herself, rushed for me to finish talking then became rude by not asking if there's anything further I want then hung up the phone on my ear. Called again 5 times without an answer.

I experienced a case of ****** at Kodak Express in Norwood. I went to go take photos for my drivers license. Walked in, and saw a gentleman helping a lady at the till, there was also another lady waiting so I queues behind her. The 2 ladies in front of me were both white, I never thought much of it, but the gentleman helping was also white. He the processed to help the lady in front of me. When he was done with her, he looked directly at me, never acknowledged my greeting, walked right passed me and processed to talk to another white gentleman behind me⦠Terrible service, rude, and disrespectful.

I'm actually writing this complaint out to Kodak Westgate Mall and Kodak Pelican Park management. Others that have worked for you are upset by the way you manage your staff, however to afraid to voice there opinion. People have been loyal to you guys yet you feel the need to fire and re-hire without an apology or a valid reason as to why you have fired them in the first place. Bare in mind these people are not robots but human beings knowing that they have families to see too, bills to pay, kids to feed etc. It's heartsore to see how you ill-treat your staff that only wants to do right by you and grow within your company. The desplinary policy is out the door, doing investigations word by mouth is not the correct process. And to think these people make an effort to come to work just to afford R120.00 per day. It helps them with whatever they going through. You pay people out of the register, probably because you can't afford to put them on your tax books, which in a case like that, it is deemed as tax *****. Why not pay them through the bank so that it can help them with their credit score that's the least you guys can do apart from ill-treatment. Kodak SA I would like you guys to investigate, because I'm pretty sure this is not the service nor staff treatment to be recommended under your brand.
