I had a very disappointing experience with Koer. The platform claims to be a space for genuine connections, but their moderation is extremely unfair and unprofessional. Members are blocked or removed without any valid reason, proper explanation, or proof of wrongdoing. What makes this even worse is that Koer continues to take subscription fees from members, only to block them without warning or justification. After being blocked, there is little to no response to follow-up emails, leaving paying users completely ignored and without support. There seems to be no proper investigation process, and users are given no opportunity to defend themselves. This creates an environment where false reports or misunderstandings can easily lead to unjust bans. For a platform that relies on trust and user interaction, this lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Koer to anyone looking for a fair and respectful online dating experience.
