10/10 for your service today. You were busy, yet one of your team fitted me in, changed a vehicle indicator bulb in under 1 minute, and when I asked the cost, you said it was for free. I had been in a rush, and your service and speed of assistance was excellent.

Never underestimate RMI dealerships. They far exceed expectations and quality service when compared to VW dealerships and I've been to almost every VW in Cape Town. Never underestimate RMI dealerships. They far exceed expectations and quality service when compared to VW dealerships and I've been to almost every VW in Cape Town. I had my panel van serviced at Kohler motors Claremont in Jan that costed me over R4000 they never bothered to inform/ inspect my brakes, the very next day there was a huge noice and I took it back I was then told it's my power steering pump, they ordered the part and it was booked for replacement on 17-05, the same day when I got home there was a massive sound took it back and they were close, drove back home and the noise went away and I lost power steering, I then noticed the belt came off and that the pulley was loose, next day I was just told that someone forgot to torx the bolts and lock tight it, lost another day of income and when my wife ask for a report from Deon a email was just sent to say pulley missing, there service is beyond bad it's disgusting, I strongly suggest that innovation group remove them from there panel as a preferred service centre

Deon and Carlisle were so helpful!!!! I was worried there was something seriously wrong with my car and they took it in, inspected it, did a few little jobs on it but did not charge me a cent and gave me feedback!!!!!!. I am so impressed by them. Not the first time. I once stopped there and my one bulb was out. Deon replaced it, no charge!!!! There are still good people out there. 100% recommend them

I will never take my vehicle to them for a service again and would not advise anybody else to do the same. Terrible service and they ruined my car and left me with the cost to fix. I am putting this on here to warn others so this never happens to anybody else

Sometimes great service is not commended enough, even if the service provider goes that extra mile and do a bit more than what you are charged for. I have been taking my vehicles to Kohler Claremont for a while now and always get top class service. As a pensioner I also get super discounts. But most of all I have peace of mind that my vehicles is taken care of and not worry to travel wherever as a pensioner. All I do is give Rene Mitchell a ring and she will do the rest to book my vehicles in, have it thoroughly inspected, advise on what is required, do the services thats required and any repairs that's needed. Ok this might be normal service for some, but I get a full rundown, advice & explanation on the state of my vehicles by technical staff Gavin & Deon. I always follow their recommendations. Many a time I am on the road and call them for advice and they would attend to me immediately. Recently I was in Gauteng with a vehicle brake issues and Rene went out of her way to get me sorted by one of the branches. Last but not least, thanks to Alyssa, the front desk person who makes me feel so special. I feel like VIP the moment I walk in at Kohler Claremont. Thanks again! Happy client for life!

I am highly disappointed at Bosch Kohler Motors Parklands with their inadequate and unsatisfactory service to repair my car. On the 14th July 2021, I dropped my car at the service workshop for repairs. The workshop is taking far too long to repair my car (rebuilding the engine because of the engine light that was on) It’s been six months now and I don’t understand why it is taking this long, I was told that the work would take up to 3 weeks initially and the parts were in order 3 months after dropping the car. Then there were engineers involved that the workshop sourced and they didn’t do a great job, but I am affected by this. I find what is happening to be unacceptable at all scales.

I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Kohler Motors Claremont. I spent R 2500 + for the repair of the handbrake. Had to go back thrice as the problem was not sorted. Ended up paying again for the repair of the handbrake.
