For years I have been taking my vehicles to be serviced to Kohler Motors the Bosch Group. This time I took my Jeep Compass LTD edition to Kohler Motors Tokai. First I called Rene Mitchell to arrange a booking and she got me the consultant to contact me immediately to arrange the check in of my vehicle the next day. What friendly and helpful staff when I visited the Kohler Motors Tokai branch. It felt like I knew the staff for a long time even if we just met. My Jeep was checked in and later the same day I received a full comprehensive bumper to bumper report. The service of my Jeep was completed the same day and I got a spotlessly clean vehicle back which felt like a new car for me. Thank you Kohler Motors Tokai for the excellent service. Your friendly and helpful staff, especially Zack impressed upon me. He even got the mechanic and auto electrician chat to me about the report on my vehicle. I felt so important. Thank you!

Absolutely unacceptable service from Bosch Tokai. I took my Audi in for a minor service (oil + filter change) and was shocked to discover afterwards that two ignition leads were loose after the workshop “inspected” my spark plugs. This caused my car to go into limp mode on the highway while driving with my 10-year-old daughter. The service consultant was inexperienced, and the whole process felt unprofessional. If a workshop can’t even reconnect ignition leads properly, how can I trust that the oil, sump plug, or anything else was done correctly? I regret not sticking with Audi. Pay the little extra and go to the agents, at least you can rely on basic competence. Bosch Tokai has lost my business permanently.

Fiance had our car serviced there three days ago. Shortly after, the car started shaking upon switching it off. We went back today and received utterly disgusting service from Faizel, the manager at the Tokai branch. Faizel nonchalantly asked my fiance "is this your problem" and then revved the car multiple times and drove it into the service centre with the bonnet up! He also handed the keys over and when my fiance got into the car, he had left the car in reverse with the handbrake down. The car was rolling back and forth. I'll be having the car looked at another accredited auto services provider to ensure that the service was actually up to standard. It is disappointing that I have to spend money twice because the first time around the couldn't be bothered to provide adequate services. I would like to know if this is the normal service standard at Bosch Tokai.

I am shocked and extremely disappointed at the terrible experience I have had with Bosch Tokai (Kohler Motors). I am not one to type a negative review, but this has been unbelievable. Unprofessional service resulted in me leaving as an unsatisfied customer. Overpriced / unrealistic quotes, terrible communication and feedback, and a massive cost to my personal time and money. My car was given back to me numerous times unfixed. I unfortunately will never bring my car back with the current mindset and lack of professionalism experienced.
