I am also a small business owner making tutu sets. On Kokos Kids facebook page is a photo that I made on her COVER sheet, PLEASE dont steal other peoples photos and then claiming it is yours. Other small businesses like myself go out of my way to make little girls birthdays special, USE your own photos and not mine!!!!

This has been the MOST awful experience! Lizelle is unprofessional, rude and unreliable. After placing an order she is quick to reply and inform you that she has received payment, thereafter you will not hear ANYTHING from her. She doesn’t answer her phone, doesn’t reply emails. When she answers all you hear from her is excuses and lies!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WOMAN.. WORST SERVICE and very UNETHICAL!!!! I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. I Had to threaten her and trace her number before she could deliver the order, all orders are LATE even if you pay the “rush order” fee. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS BUSINESS

<p>Bought online a dress paid immediately via EFT and forward proof of payment . Order a month in advance and made arrangements for two weeks ahead to be delivered before party .ALL Aranged with Lizelle Swart.</p> <p>- Delivery date came No Dress this was a month after order placed.</p> <p>- New date set - a week later - No Dress</p> <p>- Party came - No Dress - Very Disappointed ....</p> <p>- Month half Later still NO Dress ...</p> <p>- 2 Months Later - No Dress and Requested Refund ...</p> <p>- I was told payments are made only on Fridays with 2 working days waiting period and waited ...</p> <p>- NO Refund</p> <p>- 2 Months - 3rd Week - NO Dress and NO Refund !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Definetely not good for business ....Very Disappointing Experience ....LIZELLE SWART ...</p>

<p>Purchased items from Kokos Kids, the delivery was late even after waiting the 15 days period, Lizelle Swart lied to me about the courrier having a break down and when i asked for the tracking number and courrier company she told me she was away and couldnt help me. Asked again for tracking number and she couldnt didnt give it to me. Then all of a sudden i recieved an email that it was dispatched, why didnt i recieve this the "1st time" it was sent out. Then she advised that it was delivered back to her then dispatched again. Tacking number issued i couldnt track.</p> <p>Finally recieved my delivery almost a month later and the quality was shocking, what i recieved was not what it looked like on her site. The baby grow was smaller than what i ordered and it had no size on iit because she had cut the tag off. The headband was glued together and had a black hair stuck in the glue, it was also over cut and looked like it was rushed. It was not sewn and beautiful like what i thought i would recieve. Shocking quality, complete waste of money and will NEVER EVER ORDER from her again.</p> <p>The headband that looked like a child made it cost me R120.00, never felt so dissapointed as i like to support companies like hers but now regret my decision to support her!!!!!</p> <p>She didnt even respond to my complaint!!!!</p> <p>DO NOT BUY FROM KOKOS KIDS - LIZELLE SWART</p>

<p>Placed an order online for my daughters birthday, paid with the rush fee option which was an additional R 50 to have it delivered after 5 working days - 2 months later and I just received my order - no reply to emails/ phone calls and no birthday outfit for my child - extremely disappointed - do not use</p>

<p>I bought 4 skirts from Koko's kids last year for our wedding that took place in December 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the skirts finally arrived the quality was beyond rediculous. The top band of the skits were glued together and was already loose. In addition to this the skirts were bundled up into little ***** and as a result of that they have creased incredibly. We have... tried rinsing them in cold water and leaving them to dry, not even this could get rid of the creases.</p> <p> </p> <p>The material was also cut really skew, to the point that it looks as if off-cut material was used to make them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I immediately notified Koko's kids, who is yet to respond to my complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not been offered any advice, any appology, any refund what so ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>We ended up re-purchasing clothing for our 4 flower girls 3 days before the wedding at a boutique in Cape Town.</p> <p>I am yet to experience service that is as shocking as the service provided by Koko's Kids.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to this, I've been left with 4 skirts that is still unworn.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to say that the head bands that I have ordered with the skirts were brilliant.
