I had an insurance claim and was sent there even though they were the most expensive! They did the repairs and due to the age of the car and the fact that it was a second hand car that had previous work done to it, they were unable to match the Colour and I had to pay in to get them to match the Colour and spray and extra panel because they refused to. The wrong Colour seal was ordered and was not told until I saw it and asked about it. I was told they dont make the old one anymore. After arguing they managed to find the right one as they had actually ordered wrong part. So while I waited for the new seal to come i had to take the car as they were closing over December event though i did not want to take if before the job was 100% compelled. I took the car eventually. I then got told the seal was there and I could pop in and it would take 5-15 minutes , when they replaced the seal on the fender I noticed a glue bubble and asked about it, they said the clip was broken and they had to glue it. They got paid by insurance to replace the fender and took a shortcut and thought no one would know and instead of fixing the clips they used glue. I now have to be inconvenienced again and go get the fender removed and a new one replaced after painting etc. I can only hope they get the Colour right and that I won’t be asked to pay in even more money to get that sorted out now! They refuse to meet me where I am at and I am expected to drop everything and make it convenient for them to remove the fender and resolve it.
I have not had a good experience with them. They have been unprofessional and I don’t like they way they do business and try get away with the wrong seal and gluing a part without letting me know or thinking that it’s even ok to do that. Insurance was never told either. Please keep in mind, the insurance approved a new fender.
The job was approved in December 2021, It is currently 21 February 2022 and the job is still not finished. I am currently sitting without a rear fender.
Promises have been made, communication has been poor and the customer service does not exist. Maybe i've just had a bad experience. Maybe not however, They still have not completed the job and im constantly having to chance after them for updates.
I dont have the luxury of being without a car, they refuse to give me a car that can do what my current car does for work purposes, so now, we wait and the more we wait, it would seem the less they care.
