We have had the most horrific experience with Konica. Our machine was not working, and they only sent *********** staff to work on it. Three different staff members kept coming on three different occasions, but they were failing to fix the machine, I cannot begin to say how inconvenient this experience has been all operations are on hold because this machine is a huge part of daily duties.
