Wrong item

I ordered a blue golfer, they delivered a pul***** which I did not order, I sent them an email they did not respond, I tried to call them several times luckily at last they answered my call they said I must return wrong item to them and send it via Paxi using my own money, as if it was my fault. Im very disappointed.
