KP-PROP (Hosted) - STAY AWAY

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! They used to trade as Hosted Property Management. They have absolutely no professional etiquette. My calls, emails, and texts have been ignored for months. I used them to manage my apartment in the CPT CBD. My brand new investment was mismanaged and left in a disgusting state, and on top of that, they still owe me rental income from July 2025 and refuse to give me a plan on how they will pay this out. Their General Manager AQEELAH DAVIDS is very unprofessional. She ignores texts, emails, and phone calls and even Virtual meetings, claiming to be "very busy". I have to take up hours of my day fighting this company for money that they owe me. Their Portfolio Manager, SHANNON HOPKINS is also a ghost. He never replies to any emails, or messages. I am beginning to think that this company has already ****** all their client's funds and moved on to some other name or entity.
